                               RESOLUTION NO. 20718
     
     
             A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 20676, SO AS
             TO INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL AREA HEREINBELOW DESCRIBED
             THEREIN.
     
     
                                                      
     
     
             BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
CHATTANOOGA,
     
      TENNESSEE, That Resolution No. 20676 be and is hereby amended by
     
      adding to the area described therein, the following area:
     
             Beginning at the Northwest Intersection of Anderson
             Avenue and South Terrace Ave., continuing Southwest
             along the centerline of Anderson Avenue to its
             intersection with South Germantown Road, thence north
             along the centerline of South Germantown to its inter-
             section with the right-of-way of South Terrace Avenue,
             and thence East along South Terrace Avenue right-of-way
             to the intersection of Anderson Avenue, the point of
             beginning.
